RETURNS POLICY

1. Overview

At Big Recycling Ltd, we supply bulk materials including sand, fibre, rubber and blended products. Due to the nature of these goods and the logistics involved, returns are strictly limited.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind on bulk orders.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Incorrect product selection
  • No longer required
  • “Testing” or trial purchases


Reason: Our products are heavy, bulk materials and once dispatched or delivered, return transport costs are significant and often exceed product value.

3. Small Parcel Orders (Up to 25kg)

For smaller items (e.g. samples or small bags):

  • Returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • Unopened
    • In original packaging


Customer is responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs
  • Ensuring safe return of goods

We strongly recommend tracked delivery.

4. Bulk Orders (25kg+)

All bulk orders are non-returnable and non-refundable once dispatched.

This includes:

  • Bulk bags (e.g. 500kg, 1000kg)
  • Pallet deliveries
  • Loose tipped loads (e.g. 20 tonnes)

5. Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Incomplete

You must:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos and details

We will:

  • Arrange replacement or partial refund where appropriate
  • Investigate with the haulier if required

6. Refused Deliveries

If a delivery is refused:

  • You will be liable for:
    • Original delivery cost
    • Return transport cost
    • Any handling/restocking fees

7. Custom Blends & Bespoke Orders

All custom or blended products are:

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-returnable

Once produced, these cannot be resold.
